Hengelo stay
all is excellent but there was some weird clicking noise in the room occasionally during night which disturbed my sleep
Staff is really pleasent and I loved the social games offered in the lobby! We enjoyed the atmosphere there :)
Terrible service, broken heater in room
The front desk clerk was so rude when we checked in. Room heater was broken and they wouldn’t change our room after they determined it was broken. Slept in jackets and socks. Location was close to hotels and shops.
Great location and very clean
I stayed here in 2023 and they have updated the reception area which is very nice. The hotel is very clean, spotless in fact! I chose to return because it’s close to the train station and a nice stroll into town where there are plenty of restaurants. It’s a shame the hotel only offers breakfast and not dinner. That’s why it only gets a very good and not excellent rating. I was travelling alone so would have been nice to eat at the hotel. Having said that it wouldn’t put me off returning.
