Centrally located with the most excellent staff you could wish
THE most hospital and service minded staff I have encountered over the last years within The Netherlands.
During Check-in the staff observed a flaw from Booking.com and mended it for me on the go. They even provided support for rearranging the booking completely. so helpful and thoughtful.
The location is central within Hengelo, for which I choose this hotel.
Breakfast is a basic one, but has all you desire from bread, croissants, yoghurt and 1fruits.

all is excellent but there was some weird clicking noise in the room occasionally during night which disturbed my sleep
Staff is really pleasent and I loved the social games offered in the lobby! We enjoyed the atmosphere there :)
Terrible service, broken heater in room
The front desk clerk was so rude when we checked in. Room heater was broken and they wouldn’t change our room after they determined it was broken. Slept in jackets and socks. Location was close to hotels and shops.
